How I Can Support You
I provide specialist care for internal exploration, emotional regulation and day to day integration of your experiences.
About me
I am a Certified Practicing Counsellor based in Margaret River providing trauma-informed counselling for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction, and life stress. I support clients across the South West and wider Western Australia, including those living in regional and remote areas, through both in-person and online counselling.
I’m a counsellor who understands that life doesn’t happen in neat categories. Many of the people I work with are navigating trauma, stress, parenting pressures, relationship challenges along side anxiety, depression, or loneliness, maybe even all at once.
I hold a Master’s qualification in counselling, my recent work has been in residential Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) treatment, supporting individuals experiencing addiction, trauma, and complex mental health challenges. I also facilitate online peer support groups for women and individuals engaging in psychedelic-assisted therapy (PAT) and integration.
I was a co-author of the NHMRC Clinical Guidelines for MDMA-Assisted Psychotherapy, reflecting my commitment to evidence-based and ethically grounded care. I have a particular interest in supporting clients navigating psychedelic integration and emerging therapeutic approaches. I bring lived experience of PTSD, participation in a psychedelic-assisted therapy clinical trial, and navigating mental ill health while raising a family in a regional FIFO lifestyle. This informs a compassionate, grounded, and non-judgemental approach to therapy.
I offer a safe, collaborative space where you can explore your experiences, build emotional regulation skills, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change.
